Summary

Specsavers wanted to create a new training series for customer service in their stores across Australia. Various 360° training videos were filmed in store, and then converted to a structured series of videos accessible via web browser on both mobile and desktop. These videos were also able to be viewed on Google Cardboard devices, which made it accessible and convenient for staff to use in store or at home.

My Role

I was the main developer for this project. My key work scope and responsibilities included:

  • Development of web apps and integration of 360° videos using 3DVista software

  • Testing and Deployment

  • Client liaison and technical consultation throughout the project lifecycle
